There is a 6% deduction from the total treatment fee if payment is received in full at the beginning of treatment.

An initial down payment is made before treatment starts. The remaining balance is paid in equal monthly installments. There are NO finance or interest charges in connection with the extended payment plan, however a late fee of $5.00 is charged for missed monthly payments.
Major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover) may be used for incidental fees or monthly payments. If desired, our office can also arrange for monthly payments to be automatically applied to your credit card each month.
Our office offers several payment options for your convenience. Your fee covers the cost for appliances and services performed in the office during active treatment followed by an additional 2 years of retention treatment.
This option allows you to begin treatment immediately with no down payment and smaller monthly payments spread out over a longer period of time.
